Preventative Pet Wellness Care

The saying goes “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” The best investment that you can make in your dog or cat’s health and well-being is a routine wellness examination. These are important, because they allow us to establish a baseline of their overall health, so that we can quickly see if something goes amiss. We treat every single pet and person who walks through our front doors like family, because we believe you deserve no less.

“We followed Dr. Jenna Cooper from another practice — she is amazing… Another testament to our loyalty? We live in Costa Mesa. We commute almost 45 minutes to see Dr. Cooper. She’s so worth it.”

“The entire staff is amazing! They are very professional and compassionate. With three pets and a tight budget, the staff has worked with us to always put our pets first.”

“I have been to varying veterinarian offices over the past 14 years, and I have never encountered a more caring staff than at Banderas Pet Hospital. Everyone I dealt with in this office took a special moment to comfort my cats.”

“Very caring about all the pet kids. The staff is great! Highly recommend as a vet. Dr Cooper explains everything so you can understand. Choosing the right vet is just as important as choosing your own doctor. Check them out!”

What To Expect

The first step is to give us a call to schedule your examination!

During your pet’s exam, we will take basic measurements – such as their weight, temperature, listen to their heart, etc. We will then conduct a full nose-to-tail examination where we carefully study each of their major bodily systems.

This is also a great opportunity for us to answer any questions you might have about your pet’s wellness, and to help you set healthy habits.
